Getting Started Select your Console: 3DO, Neo Geo, NES(Famicom), SNES(Super Famicom), Gameboy, Gameboy color, Gameboy Advanced, GBA SP, N64, GameCube, PlayStation 1, PSone, PS2, Original Xbox, Sega Master / Genesis, Sega CD, Sega32x, Sega Saturn, Dreamcast or Game Gear. Select Power Supply: This only applies to consoles with a built in power supply. Such as, PlayStation 1, Dreamcast, PS2, Original Xbox & Sega Saturn. Replaces capacitors on power supply at an addition cost. Packaging: Please be sure to properly package your console and accessories to ensure it makes the trip safely. Please Include power & AV cords. Adding a game or controller is not necessary but can help with testing to ensure game play is spot on! Consoles will be reshipped using the packaging they arrived in, if possible and safe. Shipping: Once your order is completed you will receive our shipping information. Please be sure to include power and AV cables for testing purposes. To ensure console is working before and after installation. Professional Installation: Upon receiving your console, we’ll thoroughly inspect and clean your mainboard. Then proceed with the installation services. Quality Control: After installation, we thoroughly test your system to ensure it’s working perfectly. Return Shipping: We’ll ship your console back to you via your shipping preference (Recommended USPS Priority Mail (2-4 day delivery). The shipping fee included in your purchase covers the cost of return shipping. Turnaround Time Full Recap usually takes 1-2 weeks or less from the day we receive your system. If we need to order components or accessories, turnaround time maybe extended. Consoles are processed in the order they are received.
