Includes original controller and power cord, but not tje usb cable for thr controller. Is currently on firmware 8.01 and will be shipped like that incase you want to leverage the older firmware. The console is unmodified, its just been off for a while. It is fully deactived from my PS account, but the console will not be reset incase you need it for your firmware adventures. :] (If you just want to use it, start it up and wipe it) I have a video of firing it up and playing a game to verify its working, just send me a message if you want it (too big for ebay)
