Washed case,heat sinks and metal shroud in warm water. Removed older thermal paste and applied new thermal paste on the CPU & GPU. Used a dust brush on the fans and the motherboard. Cleaned motherboard with IPA and brushed the front and back with IPA. New belt for the disc. New laser for disc drive. Tested and works. I will ship the 360 promptly and securely.
