CIB = COMPLETE IN BOX. A TEAR ON THE TOP OPENING FLAP HAS BEEN TAPED. THERE IS OTHER WEAR AND FADING THROUGH OUT. THE RUBBER BAND WAS HOLDING THE STICK TIGHT UP AND TO THE RIGHT. AlLL PAPERWORK IS CLEAN IN ORIGINAL BAG.
