Includes the console and charger shown. Console is tested and working great. Console is in mostly good condition. Has some paint coming off of the back casing as shown in the photos. See photos for best description of scratches and scuffs on the casing. Some light scratches on the screen mostly not noticeable. Top screen is IPS as shown in the photos
