As pictured, tested and working. You get the system, controller, VMU, and cables. It is Japanese region so it will only play Japanese games unless you install a region free BIOS. I might be able to change the BIOS For you at additional cost, message me if interested. I have also added a battery holder (ML2032 ONLY, NOT INCLUDED) and a replacement controller fuse that will “self reset” if it blows. This will avoid issues with controllers down the road. I also cleaned the power pins with deoxit. Everything is a little faded, please carefully check the photos.
