The customer has a legal period of 14 clear days, from the date of receipt of the products purchased by the customer, to exercise his right of withdrawal for reimbursement and therefore return the products to the company without having to justify the reason (article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code). In the case of a multiple order, in other words an order for several products, the withdrawal period will run from receipt of the last product. In this case, the company will respond to the customer by email indicating the procedure to follow to obtain their refund. Return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, and it is specified that the risks of return transport of the product are the responsibility of the customer. On this point, the company therefore advises the customer to ensur.
