Console may be smokers console, there is tape over hard drive screw due to screw being stripped out. When playing disc it will read it and open game to play but after a couple minutes it gives the error check disc make sure not damaged or dirty, it could just need a good cleaning on the inside because the ports were so dirty it wasn’t registering controller until cleaned.
