There is a small knick on the screen near the bottom left, and there is a minor scratch across the top of screen, please see the pictures. The UMD does not work. What’s included: The PSP 3001 model has ARK-4 installed, and includes a Memory Stick Duo Adapter to SD card with a 32gb SD card with a few games on it already. The AC charger and USB cable is included. The thumbstick was swapped to a gold one, not OEM. A fabric sleeve is included. please see pictures for everything included.
