When the power button is pressed the PS5 beeps once, the blue lights shows for about 3 seconds and then shuts off. I purchased this knowing it was faulty with the intention to sell it – I am not the original owner. The only information I know about the history of this unit is that the HDMI port was serviced at some point in its lifetime prior to this power issue. You purchase this understanding the risk associated with “for parts” consoles. No returns accepted, the issue has been described to the best of my ability.
