We’ve opened every console up, cleaned inside and out, refurbished and tested them to work properly. We’ve also opened up both controllers, cleaned them inside and out, and reconditioned them to work properly and ensure longevity. Controller joysticks are tight and responsive. We replace loose joysticks with new ones if needed. Consoles/components may have imperfections including plastic cracks in the corners, discoloring, scratches, marks etc, however none of this affects performance..
