Definitely works and is functional but probably needs a new ribbon replacement cause there is lines flickering at times or screen can be a little finicky. I’ve played it for testing only so don’t know the long term condition of the flickering lines but was functional while I played it

Nintendo Virtual Boy Console VB NMI Employee Owned Blockbuster Hard Case w/ Game
Console includes original NMI asset sticker indicating internal-use hardware (was previously owned by a Nintendo employee). System powers on with fresh batteries and plays games, though it shows cosmetic wear including scratches and general signs of use. Eye shade has been replaced with a third-party version. Original stand medallion is cracked; a 3D-printed replacement is included. Controller shows wear but functions. Stand also has scratches. Hard case includes fitted foam inserts. Foam is still shaped correctly but does shed due to age. Exterior of case has scuffs, dirt, and marks from storage. AC adapter is NOT included. Includes Japanese copy of Galactic Pinball. Sold as shown.
